This is a Dead or Alive 4 doujin involving Kasumi and a very angry fan. As is typical of Nekoi Mie, the artwork is spectacular. As far as sex scenes go, it's pretty standard sex and there's nothing very offensive about it, so it should suit everyone's tastes.
